Occasional Notes offers a variety of services for your day.  Our music packages are custom quoted based on your needs and budget.  Our pricing is set alongside the promise of experience, value, and an amazing, customized product.  All packages include a consultation in our studio.  Meeting with you and discussing your vision helps us to customize the soundtrack for your incredible day – and is of course complimentary. Every package comes fully loaded with two professional pianists, two digital pianos, a full sound-system with a microphone, and the guarantee that your event will be the most important part of our day.

Ceremony

The most important part of your day is the ceremony and we are honored to provide customized music for this most precious time.  From the moment your first guests arrive to the moment your last guests depart, we will take care of all your musical needs.

 Whether your ceremony is in a church, on a golf course, or on a mountainside, we completely coordinate you music with your church official or wedding officiate. Our knowledge and understanding of how to organize wedding mass music, church services, and all traditions are a crucial part of having live music for your day. This is one less thing for you to worry about!

Ceremony and Cocktail

This package includes all of the above elements as well as custom music for your cocktail hour.  Cocktail music can sometimes last for more than “an hour”, it can stretch over many hours.  We are happy to work within your budget for this in order to keep it a truly “Happy Hour”.
